Watercolor Trio meets Square Lattice

 
Yesterday I posted a sample with this same set......not take a look at the difference with changing the colors and adding a textured background. 

The white cardstock has that texture thanks to the SQUARE LATTICE EMBOSSING FOLDER.  The stamp set, WATERCOLOR TRIO, and the embossing folder are available in the Summer Mini Catalog.

Here is a photo I took on my cruise in the hospitality room.  It is made with the WATERCOLOR TRIO set that is featured in the Summer Mini Catalog.  This is a great example where it all goes together with just one main color.  This is mellow moss and then a tiny bit of old olive.

What a fabulous look.............just right for the vintage theme.

Ice Cream Fun

Happy Father's Day to all you fathers....

It was just Ice Cream Days celebration for us........so this is appropriate!

This stamp set is called Sweet Scoops.  It is available in the clear mount or the wood mount.

Notice the detail in the wording...that little cut at the end of the white piece is clever.  You can snip it with a scissors...but also use a square punch and punch just a notch out of the cardstock.

Sweet Scoops For TWO!

Doesn't this card just scream summer!!!  It also screams ice cream!  ha ha

How do they get that ice cream to look so perfectly?  I always wanted to try and do that at an ice cream shop!!!

Birthday Block

This is such a clever stamp...It is sold in the A LA CARTE section....so that means it is sold as a separate item for $7.95.

 
Oops...didn't realize this was such a blurry photo!  The stamp is the saying "How do you expect me to remember your birthday when you never look any older?  Happy Birthday!" 

On this sample it is stamped once on the white cardstock.  Then stamp is a second time on the MELLOW MOSS cardstock and cut out 1/2" circles with the 1/2" CIRCLE PUNCH.  This is a fun technique and it is quite simple to line them up!!!
