There is a stamp set in the OCCASIONS MINI CATALOG that is called EASTER BLOSSOMS. I see lots of spring ideas...maybe that is what I am looking for after seeing all of this snow!

This card is made using SOFT SUEDE and WHISPER WHITE. Good news...SOFT SUEDE is one of the IN-COLORS...but it will be staying in the color line-up for Stampin' Up!

It uses the VINTAGE VOGUE STAMP SET which is in the Occasions Mini Catalog. This stamp set is available until the end of April. You can get this stamp set in the traditional wood blocks or the new clear style. There are 8 stamps in the set.

The fun part is they all open up...so you can put a little something inside of them. Imagine all the pieces of designer paper that you have laying around as scraps! Decorate that a little and you have a necklace to go with every outfit!

The circle punches are the 1 1/4" and the 1 3/8" sizes. The punch at the top is the SCALLOP TRIM BORDER PUNCH.
Do you see how some of the pieces are lifted up? Love that detail.

I have been having great fun playing with the SQUARE SCALLOP DIE. Here is another idea for you. It is a card. I used a piece of cardstock that was 5" x 9". Fold that piece in half and then lay it on the die JUST UP UNTIL the inside edge of the scallops. You don't want it to cut through...you just want it to cut the outside scallops on 3 sides.
So rather than having 2 separate pink pieces....you get one card. The saying is from the stamp set VINTAGE VOGUE. That is a set that is in the OCCASIONS MINI CATALOG. I used the STAMP-A-MA-JIG to line it up.
You may be thinking...how do you do the polka dot chocolate piece and the white piece? I took a scrap piece and cut that with the same SQUARE SCALLOP DIE. Just put it toward the edge of the square and get as many loops as you want.
In the first sample I used a piece of white cardstock and did 2 scallops tall. The second sample is just one scallop tall.
Do you like the embellishments? They are from the SWEET PEA STITCHED FELT pack.
