Wow - what a beautiful poinsettia! This is the 5-PETAL FLOWER PUNCH (p. 210) with a score line through each petal. Clever huh? Thanks to Julie for sharing this awesome idea!!
That sentiment is one of my favorites. It is in the set called HEARD FROM THE HEART (p. 167).
The punches used on this card: 5-PETAL FLOWER, SCALLOP TRIM BORDER, DOTTED SCALLOP RIBBON BORDER.
The embossing folder is the PETALS-A-PLENTY.

THE SOUNDING JOY is the stamp set used here. It is found on page 23 of the HOLIDAY MINI CATALOG. The colors used are POOL PARTY and BLACK. What a neat Christmas Card!! Thanks to Julie for providing this sample.
I love the DECORATIVE LABEL PUNCH (p. 209) peeking out from the top and bottom of the saying. Another great technique is using an embossing folder for just HALF of the card. PETALS-A-PLENTY was used just on the left half.
Happy Birthday to my awesome father-in-law today! He is 84! Love that guy so much!

Look what the PENNANT PARADE stamp set (page 69) and PETITE PENNANT BUILDER PUNCH (page 213) can do!!! Love this idea...
Here is the hint: Stamp 3 or 4 trees and then score them right down the middle. Attach all the trees together to make a 3D item. Then...you can attach it to your card and flatten it in the envelope. When they take it out the of envelope...it pops up! What a fun idea!
I have used this set (Pennant Parade) for so many different projects. It is really a versatile set!

Where have I been? I guess I didn't realize how behind I was in posting! oops! I usually sit down and put a few posts out there. The secret is...I can select the date that I want them to push out. Well...I didn't realize how behind I was. Life gets busy with life...just doing the every day stuff. I did have a few people email me and ask if I was going to post some more ideas. Thanks for the reminder!
I love this time of year. My house is decorated for Christmas. I have 4 different nativity sets on display...always on the look-out for another unique one.
This STOCKING PUNCH and FROSTWOOD LODGE Designer Paper has been such a hit. These 2 items are available until January 3rd. After that date I am guessing that the punch will still be available, but not the paper. Notice the tiny little brads...they are a new item as of July 1st, 2011.

Another sample with this awesome stamp set called THE SOUNDING JOY.
BASIC GRAY and REAL RED are the colors used for this card. The stamp set is so perfect for a great looking Christmas Card! The LACE RIBBON BORDER PUNCH along with the PEARLS are a great pair. Thanks to Debbie Peters for sending this card.
SILVER EMBOSSING POWDER is used on top of the star pattern. The WORD WINDOW PUNCH adds a neat accent to the whole project.

Look what we made at stamp club this month.
We used NOT QUITE NAVY and NIGHT OF NAVY as the main colors of the card. I took photos of both ideas and mixed them up a bit. The stamp set is THE SOUNDING JOY (p. 23 of the Holiday Mini). It comes with 4 stamps in the set. We used a little bit of BRUSHED SILVER CARDSTOCK and the SCALLOP TRIM BORDER PUNCH to add the accent piece. SILVER EMBOSSING POWDER was used for the words.
The inside of the card matches the SCALLOP TRIM BORDER PUNCH.
