Old Olive and Whisper White are used on this project.  I think it is a great classic card.  The eyelet border punch used at the bottom of the card is a great accent to any project.

A Few More Christmas Ideas

I am realizing that I have a few more ideas to share with you....and it is now December 27th.  You can file these away for next year.  Or if you still have Christmas gatherings....then you have a great idea to use today!

This Christmas Caroler is made up of lots of punches.  How many different punches can you count?

• Word Window Punch:  arms and legs
• Wide Oval:  Head
• Large Oval:  Mouth
• Small Oval:  White Belly
• 1 1/4" Circle:  Body
• 1/2" Circle:  nose (with added glitter of course)

Need some glitter in your life?

These glitter pens were a hit with all the kids that got them for Christmas gifts.  I used a variety of the Stampin' Up! glitter to put inside the pen.  They just work like a normal pen...just pretty to look at!

I also added a couple of ribbons on the top of the pen.  Stampin' Up! has lots of colors of glitter.

We Wish You a Merry Christmas...

I have more Christmas ideas to share....so I may as well post them :)

Do you love Christmas lusic as much as I do?  I think I have about 50 cd's.  I do have about 15 favorite cd's....but they all get played eventually.  My kids just laugh when they walk in the door and I have the music blaring.

Lots of stuff is happening on this card...embossing, BIG SHOT texture, a snowflake punch on designer paper, ribbon, the eyelet punch, a brad in the center of the snowflake, the saying is layered on 2 punches............this could be a card like "I SPY!"

Crisp, classic card:

A square coaster covered with designer paper to make a post-it note holder and a matching pen.

Gift Giving Ideas

Do you feel like the days are flying by?  Remember to enjoy the true meaning of Christmas!

Here are some simple, inexpensive ideas to get you thinking...

This is the TOP NOTE DIE folded at the top of the cello bag.  Thanks Jill for this idea!

Here is the TOP NOTE DIE again.  This time you need a full one and then a half one.  Attach the half piece to the back so it can hold a gift card.  Thanks Alexis for this idea!

Here is a folded piece of cardstock that can hold a gift.  Just make the folds so that it fits the gift.  Use up some cardstock and designer paper that you already have on hand.  Add the ribbon for a special touch.

You really could make this to fit any size.
