YEAH - It's the New Catalog!

Guess what the UPS man brought me this week?  THE NEW Stampin' Up! CATALOG.  Take a look at the picture of all the boxes stacked on top of one another.  I should have taken a picture the UPS guy too!  :)

 

 

This week I will be handing out the catalogs as I see people.  I will have a bunch in my van.  If you see me at the ball games, grocery store, pool, etc....be sure to track me down!  I will also have a stack of them at my house.  I will be at the house off and on all week...  You are most welcome to stop at the house and get one too.

 

You can order starting July 1st.  I love so many things in the book.  Lots of great teaching pages, great samples, the artwork is wonderful, and of course, lots of great products. 

 

If you were in one of my clubs this past year, you get the catalog FREE.  If you want to join a club this year...you can have the catalog FREE as well.  If you aren't sure about the club option, I am charging $6 for the catalog and you receive a $6 coupon with it to use on your order during 2009-2010.

At my free stamping class this week I had a customer bring these!  Thanks Tami!!!  What a super cute idea!  Nobody wanted to eat them...as they were so stinkin' cute!  She used a variety of circle punches to create all the different cupcake toppers.  What a creative bone she has!!!

Let's Talk Color

Who loves color?  And all the color choices we have?  And how things can coordinate so easily?  I thought I would post a few samples and point out the colors in these cards.  Stampin' Up! has the 48 basic colors which fit into 4 families:  Bold Brights, Earth Elements, Rich Regals, and Soft Softles.  We also have the Neutral group and then the In-Color group.  The current In-Colors will be leaving us on June 30th.  They are:  Baja Breeze, Kiwi Kiss, Pacific Point, Pink Pirouette, Riding Hood Red, and Tangerine Tango.  Do you know that there are 6 new In-Colors that will be available on July 1st???

This card uses Certainly Celery, Close to Cocoa and Chocolate Chip.  You can never go wrong with adding a little chocolate to any project!

 

This project uses Tangerine Tanog, Old Olive, and Chocolate Chip (see what I said about using chocolate!!!)

 

This floral Designer Paper is called Bella Rose (it is now sold out).  Anytime I use a piece of designer paper, it makes designing a project super easy.  Just use the colors that are given to you.  This project uses Kiwi Kiss, Pink Pirouette, and Riding Hood Red.  These are 3 of the colors that are leaving on June 30th.

 

This project uses Pacific Point Designer Paper and Basic Black as the 2 main colors.  Use black with one other color and it always turns out great!  There is a little bit of old olive in the coloring of the leaves, but basically you have 2 colors here.  Oh yeah...there is white too!  :)

 

So what are the names of the 2009-2010 In-Colors?

SOFT SUEDE, DUSTY DURANGO, CRUSHED CURRY, MELON MAMBO, RICH RAZZLEBERRY, AND BERMUDA BAY.  I will post some samples soon!!

This one is from Katie.  It has a piece of velcro and then opens up to hold a gift card.

Peg got her new stamps in today and came up with this fun project.  It uses a new set called Circle Circus.  That will be available on July 1st when the new catalog goes live!!!

 

Here is a bookmark featuring the new in-colors for 09-10.  We did this as a make & take too!
